The quality and professionalism of SLS services (see our general conditions) show through strict procedures applied to each of our interventions.

Here is a brief survey:

BEFORE DELIVERY

• A quantity and quality control of all the products upon their receipt in our premises
• An appointment making in 2 steps:
  - Making the appointment from the day the order is received
  - Call the client the day prior to delivery day in order to confirm the time slot (+ or - 1h30)

DELIVERY

• Done by a responsible, polite and always positive team of 2 persons in uniform:
  - using the indispensable equipment (hand-truck, covers, straps, toolbox...)
  - handling the merchandise with all the necessary precautions
• Respect of the appointment time:
  - whether we are 30 mins early or late, the customer is informed

• Respect of the environment (retrieval of the packaging by our agencies for destruction by authorized recycling companies) and of the driving rules (parking, speed...)
• Installation of the product in the room of use, precisely where the client wants it
• Verification with the client of the delivery conformity with the initial order
• Carrying out of the installation service according to the rule book and to the products' specificity

AFTER DELIVERY

• Cleaning of the delivered goods and of the premises
• Retrieval of the packaging and old good for their recycling by our partner ENVIE.
• Retrieval of returned articles to be brought in the branch before their reconditioning for return
• In case of a problem or dissatisfaction, acknowledgement of the client's complaint:
  - the remarks are precisely written on the delivery note
