SLS-GCI - French Leader & Specialist on The Special Delivery Market
Dear valued customers,
2009 has ended, and even if it was a difficult one for many of us, it will stay as a year full of opportunities for entrepreneurs, and daring ones.
In this context, rare are people how can pride to be in the second category. And within the framework of our strategy of controlled growth, we came into negociations to take over SLS, a company specialized on the segment of B2C deliveries, particularly for internet based companies.
Starting January 28th, after a 9 months survey, We launch our project « ESSOR ». SLS and Groupe Commagnac Industries (GCI) has decided to get closer.
Our two companies are perfectly complementary in there respective know-how : Distribution, transportation, Logistics, Freight safety, in their respective geographic positions and production means, and are sharing the same quality and customer care culture. Together, "we are driving your values" !
Therefore, 2010, within a context still uncertain, let us see the future with good perspectives in operations and sales. We are now able to offer to you a wider range of complementary and innovative servicesÂ…
From now on, we are a significant group with more than 80 million Euros turnover, 650 people, 350 partners, 200 000 SqM warehousing, 14 facilities... This places our new group in the top50 transportation companies in France, and we become de facto « the specialist and french leader for deliveries under procedures B2B - B2C - D3E for internet trade and specialized distribution.
Each entity will keep his legal structure and his original business. The consistency of the group is defined under a common executive committee to drive a company project called ESSOR 2012, driven by a new Direction for Industrial Development and Convergence.
Finally, a key point : our employees are the main actors of a shared project.
